Fall 2026 Concept Season

Competition, conduct, substitution, eligibility, playoff, and discipline guidance.

Competition, conduct, substitution, eligibility, playoff, and discipline guidance.

Rule clarity

Relevant rules are linked from the schedule and team experience rather than isolated in a document library.

How RootSoccer handles it

Rules is not presented as a document dump. Root connects each explanation to the role, deadline, form, acknowledgement, or decision it governs.

AASA is modeled as Association with the operating role “Association + league operator,” so the demo does not confuse association authority with league operation.

Why this is better than a page clone

The public explanation, structured records, permissions, status, and next action are designed as one experience. AASA can prove the workflow in a pilot without pretending its incumbent systems vanish overnight.

How RootSoccer improves rules

Source parity is the baseline. This section demonstrates the operating workflow RootSoccer adds for AASA.

📄

Current, versioned guidance

Rules and policies can show effective dates, ownership, and the current approved version.

👥

Audience-aware navigation

Clubs, teams, coaches, referees, and families can reach the guidance relevant to their responsibility.

🔗

Policy becomes workflow

Where a rule requires a form, approval, acknowledgement, or deadline, the action can live beside the explanation.

🛡️

Association is not league

Governing-body duties and weekly competition operations remain distinct even when one organization performs both.
